The next stage of public consultation is now underway.
We will be hosting two public consultation events in July at Kew Riverside Primary School, TW9 4ES.
The first drop-in event will be held on Thursday 5th July at 7pm-9.30pm , followed by a second session on Saturday 7th July at 10.30am-2.30pm .
We look forward to hearing from residents about the emerging proposals and the project team will be on hand to discuss the plans in more detail and answer any questions or queries you may have.
If you are unable to attend either of the events, you can view the proposals and provide feedback on this website. The consultation on the proposals will be live on Thursday 5th July.
The proposals presented at the public exhibition events have been informed by the feedback we received from the local community as part of the first stage community questionnaire, as well as discussions held with local community stakeholders and officers at both the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames and the Greater London Authority.
We look forward to welcoming you to our public exhibition events and hearing your views as part of the next stage of consultation.

The Red & Yellow Team
Dear Residents,
We would like to say thank you to those who have provided feedback via our recent community questionnaire. It helps us a lot in developing our proposal for an Extra Care facility on the former Biothane Plant site.
We wanted to inform you of some work due to commence on the site next week which will also assist us in developing an appropriate proposal for the site.
As part of our evaluation of the site we have to carry out detailed investigations of the ground conditions and the existing structures. To do that we have appointed a specialist Contractor “Soiltechnics” who will be commencing work on Monday 12th March , they expect to be on site for up to six working days .
They will be self contained and we will not be carrying out any works outside of the site, they will only be working week days between the hours of 8am-5.30pm and a supervising engineer will be on site for the duration.
Works will include hand dug trail pits, drilled concrete cores and both shallow and deep boreholes. The boreholes and concrete cores require the use of mechanical equipment that inevitably will generate some noise whether that be from the engine or the process, we do not expect this to be that disruptive but you will be aware of the activity.
Working with Soiltechnics we will be keeping disruption to a minimum. If for any reason you would like to contact us in relation to these works, please contact:
